With over 15 years of experience managing complex projects and leading high-performing teams, Karen brings exceptional organizational, operational, and people management skills to her role as Implementation Director. Known for her hands-on leadership style and strategic approach, Karen excels at planning, executing, and overseeing initiatives from inception to completion—ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. She is a strong multitasker, adept at managing multiple priorities in fast-paced environments, and has successfully coordinated teams of up to 160 employees across multiple locations.

Throughout her career, Karen has specialized in building efficient systems and workflows that keep operations running smoothly. She thrives on solving challenges and designing processes that maximize productivity and employee engagement. Her experience spans executive roles at organizations such as DreamWorks Animation, Netflix, and Google, where she streamlined communication, implemented new operational frameworks, and supported administrative and implementation initiatives for Fortune 500 clients.

Karen treats her team as a second family, focusing on morale and ensuring every member has the tools, clarity, and support needed to succeed. Her commitment to fostering a positive work environment and her expertise in people management make her uniquely suited to support the firm’s administrative and implementation goals.

Outside of work, Karen enjoys baking, hiking with her family, and volunteering in her community, where she serves on a teacher appreciation committee and as a local election judge.
